"Celebrayte" 2017 New Years Eve
This family knows how to make you feel like one of their own! Kate & Ryan's love radiates over everyone they meet. Kate and Ryan have a heart for the outdoors but having a New Year's wedding is a little hard to plan outside. So we brought the outdoors in with logs, candles and greens. Their wedding was so warm, beautiful, glamorous and elegant. Our bride is one of the most fun loving brides I have ever met. She walked 5 blocks to the church just because she needed air... in her wedding dress... in the snow... Amazing! Fun is what we had! The ceremony was elegant and the reception (at The Grand Ballroom, McMinnville) was glamorous. Draped in black, gold and candlelight made this a party. With a count down to midnight, dancing and singing, they had the time of their life with moments to remember forever. Because K&R's last name is Bray we made this night a time to "#Celebrayte" the New Year in. Get it... CeleBRAYte.
Every moment, every wedding, every space is so special. The Reed wedding was the very first wedding I coordinated from start to finish. The ceremony took place at Multnomah Falls, followed up with a reception at Riverview Restaurant. I can’t even begin to tell you how much Riverview and their staff went above and beyond for the Reed reception. The original location Jeff and Phylicia had chosen was not able to accommodate the event. I remember driving around with Phylicia (our beautiful bride) down back roads from Multnomah Falls praying we would find somewhere for the reception. It was getting late and dark, we were getting tired and hungry, when out of nowhere we spotted lights in the trees. Wondering what was going on, we found this space which already had a reception in full swing. They welcomed us in even though they were at the end of their night. To our surprise, Riverview Restaurant was everything Jeff and Phylicia was looking for. The food was amazing and the location is stunning!!! It was perfect for their Multnomah Falls wedding and garden reception.
Glam, meets country, meets garden is totally what this beautiful wedding was all about. The Newberg Cultural Center went above and beyond helping us put this wedding together. For Pete and Stephanie we really wanted to capture their personalities. Bringing in plants, herbs and natural textures were huge elements to this event. Activities were also very important to them, so we created a photo booth for some guest participation and a kid's corner complete with activities for the grand babies.
Wine Country Wedding
First off, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Melissa and Allen for allowing me to be apart of their special day! It was a blast putting this wine country wedding together along side them. The venue was beautiful (Green Villa Barn & Garden) and the food was amazing (Bon Appetite Catering). This wedding was a great challenge and we had so much fun! Allan and Melissa really wanted a wine theme with the deep purples, wine bottles, glamor yet rustic feel. I love how each and every detail shows their personality. From flowers to centerpieces, it really was a lot of fun taking our bride Melissa's dreams and bringing them into reality!!!
